FROM BEING TO LIVING

The Art of Living Fully

Every journey begins somewhere.
Ours begins with your body.

What if your body had something to reveal?

A pain that keeps coming back.
A tension that won't let go.
A movement that has become difficult.
Confidence beginning to waver.
Performance that has reached a plateau.
Or simply the feeling that your body is no longer quite supporting you the way you'd like it to.

What if, instead of focusing solely on fixing what's wrong, we started by understanding what's really going on?

By learning to better understand your body, how it functions, and how you use it in everyday life, we open the door to new possibilities.Because beyond teaching us how to hold ourselves and move, the body can also teach us how to navigate life's everyday challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.

An invitation to cultivate greater ease, autonomy, and harmony — in your body and in your life.

Discover what your body has to offer

Unfortunately, we've learned to demand more and more from our bodies, without necessarily taking the time to understand how they actually work.So we compensate, we push harder, we adapt. Until, sometimes, we come to accept certain tensions, pains, or limitations as inevitable. And yet, there are other possibilities.

My work involves observing how you hold yourself, move, and use your body, helping you recognise what may be limiting you all the way to moving through life with greater ease.

Through a personalised approach, we explore together the adjustments that can make a difference — sometimes where you least expect them.

Because it's not simply about moving better, but about feeling more at home in your body, with greater awareness, confidence, and autonomy.

The Power of Less

Three keys to reconnect with your body and discover a different way of approaching movement, performance, and life. This short guide introduces some of the fundamental principles that shape my work and invites you to explore what can help us rediscover greater ease and freedom.

About Anne

For a long time, I believed I was teaching movement.
In reality, I was learning to see more clearly.

I've always been fascinated by what allows us to feel freer. For years, I shared this vision by helping people move with greater ease, believing that this alone would be enough. But while the body was my first field of exploration, it taught me something far more profound:
The way we inhabit our bodies can deeply influence the way we live our lives.
This realisation led me to explore movement, psycho-kinesiology, energy-based approaches, and life coaching, always driven by an insatiable desire to better understand what shapes the human experience.

Today, I help people better understand their bodies, identify what's holding them back, and discover new possibilities for movement and well-being.
